Each case will be analyzed individually, taking into account its particular circumstances, the available documentation and the stage of completion of the corresponding service.
This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which LEGAL CHURCH LLC may evaluate and, where appropriate, approve refund requests related to the services offered by the company.
This policy applies to all clients who have contracted services with LEGAL CHURCH LLC, regardless of the payment method used, provided that the refund request relates to a service provided by the company.

If a request is approved, LEGAL CHURCH LLC will determine the refund amount considering the work actually performed, administrative and operational costs, and other expenses directly related to the provision of the service.
Only the portion of the service that has reasonably not been performed may be subject to a refund, unless the parties expressly agree on a different solution.
When a refund is approved, LEGAL CHURCH LLC may document the agreement reached with the client through a written record, minutes, written communication or any other means that provides evidence of the conditions accepted by both parties.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or where applicable law requires a different procedure, refunds approved by LEGAL CHURCH LLC will be made by ACH bank transfer to the account designated by the client.
The client is responsible for correctly providing the banking information necessary to process the transfer.
Once a refund is approved and all necessary information has been received, LEGAL CHURCH LLC will seek to process the payment within a reasonable period. The actual time may vary depending on the company’s internal procedures, the financial institutions involved and the conditions of the banking system.
LEGAL CHURCH LLC may retain records related to refund requests, including communications, supporting documents, internal evaluations, agreements reached and proof of payment, for administrative, legal, regulatory and compliance purposes.
The decision on the merits and amount of a refund will be made by LEGAL CHURCH LLC based on the available documentation, the applicable contractual conditions, the work actually performed and the particular circumstances of each case, seeking to act with objectivity, transparency and good faith.
Services that have been fully or partially performed may not be eligible for a full refund. In these cases, LEGAL CHURCH LLC will evaluate the work actually performed to determine, where applicable, the amount subject to a refund.
Where the progress of a service is affected by the client’s failure to deliver documents, information or necessary instructions, this will not automatically give rise to a right to a refund.
If continuing the service requires updating information, preparing additional documentation or carrying out new actions as a result of the time elapsed or changes in the circumstances of the case, LEGAL CHURCH LLC may inform the client of the additional costs this involves.
The client will decide whether to accept those costs. If the client does not accept them, the process may remain suspended until the client makes a decision or provides the required information.
Amounts corresponding to official fees, government charges, filing fees, or payments made to public or private entities, external providers or other third parties that have already been disbursed by LEGAL CHURCH LLC in the course of the contracted service will not be subject to a refund by the company, unless those amounts are actually recovered from the corresponding third party.
When a client decides to voluntarily cancel a service after the process has begun, LEGAL CHURCH LLC will evaluate the work performed up to that point to determine whether any amount is subject to a refund, in accordance with the criteria set out in this policy.
No refund will apply with respect to services that have been performed in full or that have substantially fulfilled the purpose for which they were contracted.
Delays caused by government entities, administrative authorities, financial institutions, external providers or any other third party beyond the reasonable control of LEGAL CHURCH LLC will not, by themselves, constitute grounds for approving a refund.
In the course of providing its services, LEGAL CHURCH LLC may incur administrative, operational, technological and professional expenses necessary to carry out the contracted work. Such costs may be taken into account when determining the amount of any refund.
Where the provision of a service is affected by force majeure, an act of God, or events beyond the reasonable control of LEGAL CHURCH LLC, the company will evaluate each situation individually to determine the appropriate measures and, where applicable, whether a refund is warranted.
Before making a final decision on a refund request, LEGAL CHURCH LLC will seek, where circumstances allow, to reach a reasonable, mutually agreed solution with the client, prioritizing the continuity of the service or any other alternative that benefits both parties.
Each refund request will be analyzed considering its particular circumstances. No provision of this policy should be interpreted as an automatic obligation to approve or deny a refund, since the decision will depend on a comprehensive analysis of the facts, the available documentation and the applicable contractual conditions.
